The recently inugurated Ogun Bondsmen Monitoring Committee on Thursday, 16th July 2020 held its first meeting at the Ogun State Judiciary Complex along Kobape Road, Abeokuta.

Present at the meeting amongst others, were the Chief Judge of Ogun State, Hon. Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu FICMC, Hon. Justice Rotimi-Balogun, the Ogun State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Akingbolahan Adeniran and the Director, Public Prosecution Department Ministry of Justice.

Recently inaugurated in June 2020, the committe is tasked with ensuring the speedy trial of Criminal Matters, quick decongestion of correctional centres and other related Matters.

The next meeting of the committee is slated for 3rd September, 2020.
