Ogun Courts Go On Vacation On April 19

Ogun State High Courts are to proceed on Easter vacation on Friday, April 19.

The vacation will last till Friday, April 26 the State Chief Judge, Justice Mosunmola Dipeolu, in a release says the trial of civil action will be discontinued throughout the period.

Normal Court sitting, according to the Chief Judge will resume on Monday, April 29.

Justice Dipeolu says during the period of vacation, criminal matters will be taken, while urgent civil matters will be heard only by leave of a Judge on the application of both parties to the suit or their counsels.
