Success of the Judiciary is enshrined in justice delivery and the confidence reposed on it by the Public.
State Chief Judge, Hon. Justice Monsunmola Dipeolu disclosed this in His lordship’s key note address at the Induction Training organised by the Ogun State Judiciary for newly appointed Judges of the High Court and Customary Court of Appeal at the Judiciary Complex in Abeokuta.

Hon. Justice Monsunmola Dipeolu stated that Judges need to be aware of the social changes in achieving Justice for the people by being impartial, admonishing the participants to be versatile, honest, and courteous to the litigants, witnesses and the bar in the discharge of their judicial functions.

On his part, Chairman, Ogun State Judiciary Training Committee, Hon. Justice Olarenwaju Mabekoje described the training as a way of enhancing productivity, efficiency and diligence in the new Judges

Justice Mabekoje added that “training and development whether induction course or refresher course, no doubt helps to ensure that each member of an organisation member possesses the knowledge and skills required to perform their jobs effectively, take on new responsibilities and adapt to changing conditions”.
